This general-use, 10-mil thick printed tape stands up against abrasion, puncture damage and electrolytic action caused by corrosive chemicals such as acids and alkalis. This pressure-sensitive, conformable tape also resists salt water and sunlight.3M™ Temflex™ Tape 1100 has a specially formulated, pressure sensitive, rubber resin adhesive that offers optimized adherence. This 10 mil tape has a PVC backing that resists salt water, sunlight, alkalis and other corrosive materials, including chlorine, bromine, sodium and lithium.
